1) Warranty address:

All products of HOP NHAT SMART are warranted for a period of 12 – 24 months (depending on the warranty policy of each product type, clearly stated in the warranty conditions attached when the Customer purchases the product).

2) Products are not warranted in the following cases:

• Damage to the device due to scratches, breakage due to strong impact, falling from a height due to carelessness or because the user did not carefully read the installation instructions in the instructions.
• Damage caused by installing the device in a place with weather conditions not as recommended by the Manufacturer, for example: outdoors, in places with too high temperatures, humid, dusty environments, too low temperatures. The appropriate environment is detailed in the accompanying instructions for use.
• Damage caused by natural disasters or misuse of instructions, for example: natural disasters, fires, lightning strikes, unstable power sources, liquid drops, maintenance without instructions.
• Damage due to water entering the circuit. Damage caused by improper installation of the power source stated in the user manual.
• The manufacturer only accepts warranty in cases where the stamp is intact, not torn, there is still a warranty period on the stamp and the device is defective due to the manufacturer.
