VNPAY payment instructions on Website

VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers use cards/bank accounts, QR Pay/VNPAY-QR features built into banks’ Mobile Banking applications or linked e-Wallets to pay for transactions and enter discount codes (if any).

Payment methods via VNPAY

1. Payment method via “Payment application supporting VNPAY-QR”

Step 1: You select products and services and select Pay now or Place order
At the payment page, please check the ordered product, fill in the consignee information, select VNPAY payment method and press the “Order now” button.

Step 2: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the method “Payment application supports VNPAY-QR”

Step 3: The system displays a QR code with the amount to be paid. Please check this amount. Use the banking application (according to the list), select “Scan Code” and scan the QR code on the website payment screen
*Note: QR codes are valid for 15 minutes
For the payment process to be successful, customers please refer to the conditions in advance and scan the code on the phone to be ready, avoiding time-out issues that affect your payment and promotional code.

Step 4: Check information, enter discount code (if any) and complete payment
When payment is completed, you will receive a notification confirming your successful order on the website

2. Payment method via “Domestic card and bank account”

Step 1: You choose the product or service and select Pay now or Place order
At the payment page, please check the ordered product, fill in the consignee information, select VNPAY payment method and press the “Order now” button.

Step 2: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the method “Domestic card and bank account” and select the bank you want to pay with the card in the list

Step 3: Please enter card/account information as requested and select “Continue”. The OTP code will be sent to the registered phone, enter the OTP code to complete the transaction
*Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes

Step 4: When payment is completed, you will receive a notification confirming your successful order on the website.

3. Payment method via “International payment card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)”
