Shipping and
Delivery Policy

Shipping and delivery policies apply to all forms of purchases at HOP NHAT SMART.

I. SHIPPING FORM & GOODS DELIVERY

When purchasing at HOP NHAT SMART, you can choose one of the following shipping and delivery methods:

  • HOP NHAT SMART directly ships and delivers to customers.
  • HOP NHAT SMART delivers goods to customers through delivery service providers.

II. CONTENT 

1. HOP NHAT SMART directly delivers products to customers

  • Free delivery: Orders within Ho Chi Minh City, or large orders.
  • Delivery time frame is from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.

In case of delivery with assembly and installation: HOP NHAT SMART will collect additional labor costs for assembly and installation: 500,000 VND/person/1 working session (4 hours, including travel time to and from work).

In case of special goods with large size or volume, transported by other means: Shipping costs are calculated according to actual costs incurred and HOP NHAT SMART will support you with part of the delivery costs; Please contact HOP NHAT SMART sales staff for advice.

2. Delivery via delivery service provider.

2.1 Delivery method:

  • HOP NHAT SMART will select a delivery service provider to deliver the goods to the Customer.
  • Delivery time to the customer’s requested location depends on the service provider’s delivery time target.
  • For convenience and to arrange a suitable time and location to receive the goods, please proactively contact the intermediary unit to receive the goods.

2.2 Refer to delivery method:

According to the agreement between the customer and the car owner Customers pay according to the price agreed between the customer and the vehicle owner

Note: 

Before delivering the goods to the transport intermediary, HOP NHAT SMART seals and weighs the goods; Therefore, you please and are responsible for checking the seal and weight of the goods before receiving.

In case you discover that the seal has been torn, or shows signs of being previously opened, or the goods (including the box) do not have the weight recorded on the box:

  • You make a record immediately with the shipping intermediary.
  • Notify HOP NHAT SMART sales staff immediately for a timely solution.

No later than 02 hours from the time the goods arrive at the customer’s request, if the customer does not respond to HOP NHAT SMART, HOP NHAT SMART will consider that the customer has received the correct and complete goods as agreed.
